What's an Avatar to Do?

So, the Toxian City idea didn't work as well as I would like. I made a couple very interesting contacts...Cer, your photography continues to make me drool...and lust for blood ^_^ Unfortunately, I didn't find any really good RP openings and RL stepped in with it's own demands (or is that demons).

I think a lot of AVies find themselves at some time or another, at a loss for new activities. Exploration becomes a little dry and can be lonely when friends are in rare supply. Clothing shopping loses its luster, dancing at a club is redundant, finding people to shoot at seems overcomplicated, and decorating or building feels monumental. Many days you just don't even want to climb out of that massive, wonderfully scripted bed to face another day in SL.

It's been like that for me a lot lately. But the good news is I still have friends out there happy to see me, say hi, give me a wink or a spank. One sweet little elf offered to cheer me up with a little burlesque demonstration (I'm going to have to buy that chair for a souvenir). Another of my friends has opened a new club and I spent an enjoyable evening chatting with her and making new friends, dancing with a yummy kitty, and feeling generally content. So, I guess if you don't give up, put a little thought into things (try letting the blood reach all the way up North of your neck), and stay open to new possibilities, you'll manage.
